My own long journey which has included time spent as the Education Chairman of the Northland Horsemen's Association, humane representative for the area, writing articles for publication in the Northland Horsemen's quarterly, doing local seminars on horse health, working as a veterinary technician, teaching in the local college's Veterinary Assistant course and developing their accredited equine program, completing the training as an equine massage therapist, earning my certification as a Craniosacral Therapist, has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters working with horses. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding. Through education and trials, including naturopathy and holistic nutrition training, over 25 years working in the field, experience listed above, experience with my own horses over 28 years, I feel I have mastered the basics and can help to direct those facing more difficult complex challenges or those simply needing guidance on the basics of horse management.
As a dressage enthusiast, natural horsemanship practitioner, and trimmer of my own horses, I can offer a great perspective on the holistic approach to horse health.
